As part of the growing demand for natural gas for green houses in the Kingsville, Ontario area, Enbridge required the expansion of their existing 20″ Transmission pipeline.  Somerville constructed 18.9 kilometers of NPS 20 pipeline from a new valve site located south of the existing Panhandle Easement on the west side of Lakeshore Road 223 to a new Transmission Station located at the South west corner of Graham Side Road and 3rd Concession Road.
Somerville also managed the Construction of a new valve site and transmission station, which included 3 tie-ins to the existing facilities, construction of a Launcher and Receiver pigging facility, station piping, Telemetry building and Mechanical Building with boilers.
