This project requires the installation of 3,700m of up to 4" PE through the town of Ardrossan to replace a HP line that is being abandoned. The new main will parallel the existing HP line at a separation of about 2.0m. The new main will be installed by primarily directional drilling, which also involves crossing Highway 16 (Yellowhead Trail) as well as in close proximity to 4 schools. Also involved in this project is the replacement of mains and services to a small subdivision as well, and completing any required gas meter moves on those homes.
