The project is to replace existing plastic main and services in the rural area near Cooking Lake Airport southeast of Edmonton. This includes the abandonment, relocation, and installation of mains, services and meters, through trenchless installation including meter placement to an outside appropriate location. Also included, is exterior and interior piping, fittings, meters, regulators, coring and sealing of existing holes as required to relocate meter sets. Cleanup and restoration to take place to same or better condition. The area is primarily residential and involves installation of 5,665m of PE mains, up to 2”, and 34 services. New mains and services will be primarily installed by directional drilling.
