This class replacement is driven by the pipeline’s proximity to a new proposed residential subdivision in the vicinity of the pipeline ROW. The project involved the replacement of 965m of NPS30 and 944m of NPS36. This included pipe replacements through one watercourse with execution windows between July 1 through September 15. The existing lines were isolated, removed, the new pipe welded, installed and tested prior to commissioning, all within tight execution timelines.
