Somerville completed a specialty dig for Enbridge Pipelines near the Credit River in Mississauga, Ontario. The dig consisted of compleing an integrity assesment of the pipe and supporting installion of a split tee to remove a coupon from Line 9 for analysis by Enbridge. Dig was located on steep slope in close proximity to the Credit River, extreme depth of excavation required a slid rail shoring system and scaffolding staircase/ working platform to provide appropriate access & egress within excavation and assessment segment.
