Project is to complete services work in the Valley Area of Lower Mainland, BC. Included in services work is installing new services typically by trench and completing demos of services to be abandoned. Work is primarily residential. Valley Area includes Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Langley (areas south of Fraser River)
