Just 4U Townhomes at Coughlin Road - Joint Utilities

Just 4U is a townhome community built by Mason Homes of forty two and three-bedroom urban townhomes with ample parking at 1,385 to 1,780 sq. ft. The community, which is located on Coughlin Road at Essa Road, is close to schools, a youth centre and amenities like the Holly Community Centre. Robert B. Somerville was contracted to install the site utilities in a Joint Trench. This included the power distribution and connection services in concrete ductbank for Powerstream, the telephone network and services for Bell Canada, the natural gas network and service for Enbridge Gas Distribution and the cable TV for Rogers Cable. The final scope included the installation of decorative post-top light style lighting in the streets and common areas.
