Lakeside Meadows in Sutton is a masterplanned subdivision consisting of 103 lots for single detached and townhomes. Robert B. Somerville Co. Limited was awarded a contract to for the installation of the Hydro electric distribution and service connections, streetlighting, Bell Telephone, Enbridge Gas and Rogers Cable TV service conenctions. The project was completed utilitizing a Joint Trench approach whereby all of the utilities are installed in a single trench. This instalaltion process realizes significant project cost savings.
