Windsor Essex Parkway Project Malden Road Reconstruction - Utilities Relocation The project is part of the Urban Design and Improvement Plan that the Town of LaSalle and the County of Essex initiated for the Malden Road Corridor. The overall project seeks to establish sustainable integrated strategies that consider all modes of travel (automobiles, transit, cycling, walking), while continuing to develop the Towns vision of Liveable Neighbourhoods and Healthy Communities. Amico Infrastructures Inc. is acting as the general contractor. Robert B. Somerville was subcontracted to install Concrete Encased and Direct Buried duct banks in joint trench for Essex Powerlines, Bell Canada and Cogeco. Included also were the construction of manholes, transformer foundations and power and communications pedestals.
