The City of Edmonton is building a 3.1km North Light Rail Transit (NLRT) extension northwest-bound from Churchill Station, in downtown Edmonton, to new NLRT stations at Grant MacEwan University, the Royal Alexandra Hospital and Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). To facilitate the NLRT Construction, the owner required rerouting 15 KV ductline extending between the Victoria Substation on 104 St. and 105 Ave., Eastwrd along 105 Avenue to 101 St., then North to tie to EPCOR Tower Service via a manhole at 105A Avenue. A segment of ductline branches south along 101 St. to an existing manhole just North of 104 Ave. RBS' scope included 1200 meters of 15-way ductbank and 9 chambers
