This class replacement is driven by the pipeline’s proximity to a new proposed residential subdivision in the vicinity of the pipeline ROW. The project involved the replacement of 1704m of NPS20 and 1552m of NPS24. This included pipe replacements through three watercourses with execution windows between July 1 through September 15. The existing lines were isolated, removed, the new pipe welded, installed and tested prior to commissioning, all within tight execution timelines.
