The project involved the construction of a 7,000 meter 20 inch (508 mm) steel natural gas pipeline that connects Enbridge's Station B Regulator Station, located at 405 Eastern Avenue, Toronto, to the Portlands Energy Centre a Gas-Fired 550 MW Power Generation Station located in the vicinity of the Hearn Generating Station. The majority of the pipeline route was construted within, or adjacent to, existing road right-of-ways (ROW). The project also included a 600 meter directional drill crossing of the Shipping Channel.
