Remove and repace an existing "gabion basket" retaining wall at an existing Bell canada manhole, located on the Queen St (Highway 7) road allowance. This requires a lag and pile shoring wall to be placed on the south side of the roadway, before the existing gabion wall is removed. When the wall is removed, the manhole chimney and collar will be demolished and reconstructed to suit new final grade design.
