Williams Boreal Pipeline The Williams Boreal Pipeline Project is a 420 kilometre NPS 12" pipeline that transports high vapour pressure liquids from the Williams Liquid Extraction Plant north of Fort McMurray to the Williams Redwater Olefins Facility in Sturgeon County. Willbros Canada Inc. was awarded to construction the project in June of 2010. Robert B. Somerville Co. Limited was subcontracted to install a 670 meter crossing of the Redwater River at Hwy 28A near Redwater, Alberta. The installation was completed using an American Auger DD185.
