Regent Park Revitalization - Phase III - Site Servicing

SomervillecompletedPhase II of theRegent Park Revitalization project. In June2015, Phase III began and Somerville wascontracted to undertake the constructionof the site servicing including: Municipal Infrastructure -Somerville was responsible for the removal of existing and subsequent replacement of pavement, curbs, sidewalks, boulevards, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and watermains along Wyatt, Tubman, Nicholas, Oak, Sackville, and Dreamer's Way. Streetlighting: Somerville was responsible for the removal and replacement of new streetlighting infrastrcuture within the Phase III project area. This included 30+ lights, with applicable ductbank, handwellsandinterconnection to Toronto Hydro Standard. District Energy Piping: Regent Park Energy Inc. isowned by Toronto Community Housing. RPEI designed and built a District Energy System that encompassed the whole of Regent Park. Somerville was responsible for the installation of the hot and chilled water piping.
