Relocate Existing Utilites at St. Michaels College

The University of St. Michaels required that existing underground utilities owned by the school be moved in order to facilitate to sale of a parking lot located on the corner of St.Mary's and Bay Street. The Pemberon Group bought the property and built the U Condominiums on the property. Robert B. Somerville was contracted to to expose all existing underground conduits cables and other services, determine whether they were in use and subsequently work with SNC Lavalin to reroute and reconnect the services while maintaining the service to the University.
