Rural Mains Replacement Project Yellowhead Region The project involved the replacement gas mains, primarily PVC lines, and services in area of Ponoka, Alberta. The project included the installation of 7500m of PE mains ranging from 2" to 3", and approximately 15 rural services. The main pipeline installation was primarily by directional drill and plow methods, through farm fields, crossing lease roads and water bodies. The scope also included the replacement of service lines to move any existing inside gas meter to the outside of the building. Inside gas meter work consisted of primarily farm houses with 200 series meters.
