Trans Northern Pipelines - OP (Over Protection) Program

This program involved the modification of over 20 stations throughout Ontario to deal with issues pertaining to surge capacity i.e. new SRVs with piping to new tanks. Somerville was responsible for civil (i.e. pipe supports / barrier protection) and mechanical work (i.e. installation of pipe spools, fittings, valves and hot taps). Work included pouring the foundation to facilitate the new tanks, and tie in all corresponding piping to the new SRVs installed.
