The Watermark Development is a 177 lot detached home condominium development backing onto the Monora Park Conservation Area in the beautiful rolling hills of Hockley Valley. Robert B. Somerville was contracted to install site utilities including the Hydro, telecom and gas services. The project was constructed in a Joint or Common trench fashion where all three utilities are installed in a single trench excavation. The project also included the installation of decorative streetlighting.
