This project included the installation of underground hydro distribution, telecommunications and natural gas plant for 120 3-story townhomes and two high-rise condominium buildings. The site is located at Windermere Avenue and Lakeshore Boulevard. The site was very compressed and was a challenging installation, requiring poured-in-place maintenance chambers in the garage laneways, concrete encased structures, and multiple switchgear and 3-phase transformer foundations.
